  It’s taken almost 3 months for this company to finalize a refinance for their “rental loan” option they’re advertising on their website. I’ve closed on literally 3 investments with other companies since then. There’s been a bunch of back and forth, and never a straight forward response to questions. I’ve wasted money through an appraisal I’m sure I won’t be getting back, as well as a home owners insurance policy I’ve had to purchase out of pocket. Every week I’m being asked to explain where monies came from in my investment account, which is extremely insulting considering I’ve explained multiple times about my real estate investing business. Deeply regretting working with this group.
