Member center manager is racist & they went out to my truck to see if my wife was inside. They told me I forged a signature on a check which was false. Took that same check to chase and they deposited into my account. I will be closing all my accounts with them.

I have the best experience when I go into Houston federal Credit Union, Those employees in there are so very kind, and considerate and I just love the Teller Ms. Sabria, she’s the best of the best and caring. I am so Thankful, I got to meet these employees at the credit union and especially Ms. Sabria. I haven’t been anywhere since I have been in Texas and received the excellent customer service that I have received from Ms. Sabria. I want her to get the highest award given, Thanks, Kim Conley
