Recently went through the process of searching for a new vehicle, tried financing through the dealership and have never been more stressed out or annoyed. I have financed every other vehicle I’ve owned through HFCU and decided to go back that route. Our loan officer was Craig Kneisly and he was WONDERFUL. So, so helpful through the entire process. He made buying a new vehicle a rather fun experience! You can tell he loves doing what he can to help out his customers.
