Each time mom banks here in person it is a poor experience. For gosh sakes, she’s 95 she can’t stand at the counter for long. Our teller Crystal, was unfriendly, did not invite mom to sit, and did not give us clear expectations of how long mom’s transaction would take. A smile or a greeting would have helped. This was the SH 249 location.
