I have called for appointments several times, he's shown me the places I wanted to see and occasionally showed me why I might want to rethink the condo. I like that - a lot. He's been on top of the market since I began looking and I'll use him through until I find what I'm looking for. Larry was fabulous. He worked with me for over 6 months until I found the perfect home and always provided key insight into potential structural/maintenance issues that I might encounter with some of the homes I was considering. I was a VERY picky buyer and his patience with me was amazing. He always made himself available and then was extrememly proactive in managing all the "after the contract is signed" issues, inspections, walk throughs, following up on requested repairs. I would highly recommend Larry.
