      This bank has so much potential let’s just start there. Yet, the level of customer service is trash. You can call and get no one on the phone. Go into the branch because you can’t get anyone off the phone and they have all these people in the bank and only one person working for customer inquiries. This is the frustrating part of banking with a bank that serves the community. If you are looking for grey customer service, amazing turn around time for loan request processing and accessibility THIS IS NOT THE BANK. Get in set up auto pay so you never have to reach out to the bank.
