      Anyone who wants to SAVE A LOT OF MONEY in commissions should list their home with this company!! My husband and I were very pleased with our agent Brian Cooper's handling of the sale of our vacation home. He and his assit. Grace did everything on time and very professionally. Brian negotiated the sales price up for us and made sure everything from the listing to the closing stayed on schedule. We saved $18,675 by using Houwzer rather than using a high commission agent that would have charged us 2.5%, and we received the exact same level of service. What's not to like about saving that much money? I know it seems too good to be true...but it really it true. Please check them out.

      There were no surprises regarding the fees for service as a seller, and the quality of the service I received from my agent Matt Kalogeras was top notch. The process to sell my home was extremely straightforward and Houwzer's online/text notifications made it easy for me to keep up with the progress and status of my home sale. My home was under contract in less than 5 days and we closed in 30 days. Despite being such a major transaction, this process felt almost stress because of my agent's friendly, transparent disposition. I highly recommend Houwzer to anyone looking to sell their home and save on closing costs given Houwzer's flat rate fee structure for sellers.

      Brian was able to help us sell our house quickly and efficiently, Houwzer photo package was easy to work with and they came out great. I would recommend this service to anyone that has a house that is ready to sell with minimal work. Houwzer saved us thousands.
