  My only interaction with this branch is with Donna Templeton (Agent) after closing, when I requested the physical keys to the home we purchased. She represented the sellers, and completely shirked any responsibility of making sure our agent received the keys to the home. She instead gave a number to a locksmith to our agent so that the financial burden to re-key the locks fell on him. It sounds crazy, right? When a person has over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate business, you would think that this would be one detail that would not be overlooked. I do not know how a person with integrity sells a home without providing keys, and then uses the excuse that it was a coded door lock so she never had access to the keys, as an excuse to never provide them. It is the duty of the agent, to make sure these fine details are taken care of and that the closing is as seamless as possible. I was told by Donna, that during the final walkthrough I should have received keys, and that it is no longer the seller's responsibility to provide these keys. I asked numerous times for the keys to both the shed and the home during and after walkthrough, but was told I would not have access to them until the title was transferred to us through our title company. So, if the walkthrough occurs prior to title transfer, then how was I supposed to receive the keys? And if she didn't have the keys to turn over, why was I sold a house with no ability to access, aside from a code that was programmed by the seller? Many questions arise from this sale, and I do plan to take steps to remedy this, it's just a shame I have to do this on my end, instead of the selling agent taking on this responsibility since it was her job at one point. I'm sure if the house didn't close yet, she'd be bending over backwards for me, but since we already closed, our conversation ended with her disconnecting my call because she "had other things to do". I wish I had a better review to report...

  WARNING!!!! Do not waste your time!!!! Jeff Cain is absolutely horrible! I contacted Howard Hanna and they forwarded me to Jeff Cain to list my property in Euclid on the lakefront. This guy doesn’t follow up and will completely waste your time.
