  Amy Moore was incredibly helpful when it came to helping us buy our first home. Not only was she knowledgeable about the housing market and the neighborhood, but she was able to help us negotiate a great deal for our home. As we started to fix up the home, she gave us insight as to what would help us with resale value. We sold the house a year later and she helped us get way over asking price, for a home that we put a lot of passion and energy into. We had an awesome experience with Amy and have already recommended her to other friends (whose houses sold as well).

  Amy Moore-Bennetch was absolutely amazing to work with! Amy was incredibly helpful, constantly looking for and sending listings to me based on my needs, setting up showings as quickly as possible (sometimes multiple showings a day!), and constantly being available to talk about the process and steps I would need to complete to become a home owner. Amy gave great recommendations for other services that would help me in the process including a home inspector, mortgage loan officer, and home owner insurance quote agent. Amy worked very hard to find houses that had every item on my wish list and was always available to call or text or email to update preferences along the way. She was a very diligent worker, great listener, and amazing realtor! She made sure to keep me in the loop about the offers we put in on different listings and she was always willing to work with our schedule to write and submit offers as well as schedule showings. I would highly recommend Amy Moore-Bennetch to anyone looking to buy a house. She will give you the absolute best customer service and make the process as smooth as possible!

  Amy Moore-Bennetch was a phenomenal realtor, and my husband and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for their own closing day! My husband and I are first time home buyers, and Amy answered all of our questions and has been there for us every step of the process. My husband and I had quite different personalities when house hunting; he was focused on aspects of the house such as the structures and logistics while I was more interested in the physical space and location of the home. Amy met each of us according to our knowledge base, she knew my husband wanted all the logistical details and provided them, and she answered all of my more elementary questions. We closed on March 5th during the crazy housing market of 2021. She guided us when putting together an offer to make it strong. She recommended we write a letter to the sellers and that was what gave us the edge in a competitive market. Since closing, Amy has checked in with us to make sure everything has been going well. She truly is there for buyers every step of the way! 10/10 would recommend Amy to a family member or friend looking to buy! Thank you Amy!
