I'm cleaning a Howard Hanna rental in Fairview ,PA.. It's disgusting. How a realtor could list a house in this condition is appalling. The place is filthy and the new tenant is paying hundreds of dollars to clean up after the last tenant before they can move in. Very bad business in my opinion.
