      They’re a greedy, incompetent corporation that surrounds themselves with shady, incompetent lawyers of the Dunkirk Fredonia area. Using them is one of the worst, most disgusting decisions I ever made in my life.

      Worst experience ever. Walked into the local howard Hanna to inquire about a property for sale. The lady at the front desk directed us to a guy who informed me that it was sold. Ok no problem, next the lady at the said in the most rude tone that it was only the land. We knew that. After that no one asked if they could help with anything else. We are actively looking so its their loss. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
