  I started at this office in May 2016 and the manager, Chris Merry, has been absolutely awesome. She is very helpful and a great mentor. The experienced agents are always willing to help the newer agents and I couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with.

  I would not recommend this office, if it meant I had to give my last breath. The whole process was absolute torture from beginning to end. Multiple real estate agents from this office showed my house, constantly leaving my doors unlocked in the middle of the day for anybody to enter. One agent in particular thought it was appropriate to turn off my breakers in my electrical panel leaving my security system to disconnect and all my clocks flashing. Oh and did i mention he locked my cat in the attic?! It took me 45 minutes to find my cat after they went through my house like savages. As for the buying process my husband and I kept having bad gut feelings about the house that we were going to purchase. We wanted to back out and our realtor was not being cooperative. There was a house that came on the market that was a house that had everything we wanted. We ended up not even getting to see the house as she purposely poked around and the house had an offer on it by the time she agreed to show us the house. Now I'm living in the house I had a bad gut feeling about and the Howard hanna agent that flipped the house "rigged" things so they looked up to code for the inspection (had an electrician write up a report saying the ampage in our breaker box is adequate for this size of a house but it's not because our breaker keeps popping when the furnace is running) and we have to pay thousands of dollars to get things fixed (that's not the only electrical issue sadly) . (Theres ALOT wrong too much detail to explain on a review) after 2 months of owning the house I'm over it and ready to get rid of it. If only my realtor would let me look at other houses when we had the bad gut feeling ........(we looked at one other one but had someone else take us and he said bad things about the house the whole time not letting us think for ourselves) When we went to sign our closing papers all of the closing papers were wrong and needed correction and our closing was scheduled very last minute to begin with so then it was scheduled yet again the day we were to begin moving.....I could go on forever....

  I started as an agent there in the winter of 2016 and I cannot say enough about the staff and other agents! The seasoned veterans are always there to lend a hand to the newer agents. Our manager Christine Merry is there for you as an agent and for all of the agents clients. I know all my clientele have been very happy with the attention and service that this office provides. I'm never leaving!
