  Todd Crocket is a total crock! 3 time in our purchase nightmare he completely disappeared from us 2 of the 3 were for over a week! Stood us up at home inspection, didn't answer a single call for over a day. called the following day ablivious to having stood us up or the half dozen messages we left him asking if he was coming or where he was. After 2 months of NOT answering most any questions we had he told us his office is there for those questions. I called the office with 3 questions and all 3 were "questions Todd had to answer". Needless to say we never got them answered. In addition to standing us up for our home inspection he scheduled a call for the next day when we received an offer on our we were selling. Somewhat as planned, he called us, just over 20 minutes late. He paid basically zero attention to us again asking questions to the extent he answered multiple questions with compeltely nonsensical answers. Delayed even 1 of those answers because he was picking up his morning coffee and couldn't even excuse himself to do it. And despite scheduling the call he forced the call to end in just a few minutes rushing us through the decision blindly. John pinto was good to us. VERY PROFESSIONAL honest good man!
