  I've dealt with Howard Hanna since 2016 and more specifically Susie Thomas. My experience with them has been hands down one of the best. I first used Susie's service in order to find a renter for the home I owned in Toledo. In 2016 my job relocated me to Charlotte, NC and Susie found me a tenant, but not just any tenant. This guy has been with me for the past 4 years and has been perfect. Now that I'm selling my home in Toledo I reached out to Susie again and entrusted in her to sell my home. Susie did just that in 2 weeks. She has been AMAZING every step of the way, especially since I'm not local. She has gone above and beyond with her responsibilities and I am truly in debt to her forever. There is a reason she has been in the business for 30 years, and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to put their house on the market to rent, or sell. Susie in my opinion is one of a kind in a tough industry. Thank you Susie Thomas, and Howard Hanna!

  I bought a house from Garden View Acres LP. The $7,500 grant that was offered is actually a loan through NeighborWorks, until year #5 of owning this home, when it becomes a grant. I was also offered $7,500 in weatherization, which I found out was income based. Good note is my closing costs, up to $3,333.33 was paid. The not so good news is this house needs a roof, the faucets leak, the refrigerator leaks, the toilet had a leak through the ceiling that got repaired with the warranty, but the toilets are outdated, the garage is unfinished, the appliances are outdated, so is the hot water heater and furnace, needs new flooring, some of the windows have water stains from previous leakage, some of the outlets and the patio light does not work, so the roof repair/replacement alone might spend all of the 'grant' money.
