      I'm surprised to see negative ratings. I've been banking with HSBC for more than 20 years. When I go to the New Hyde Park branch the tellers and the customer service people at the desks are very helpful. As far as Naveen and Daveen I love them. I'll wait for one of them just because they've always given outstanding service and attention.

      The branch is a disaster, but I think the main problem is HSBC. Everything is bad. Never had such a horrible experience as I've been having the last couple of years. 30 years in business, and nothing compares to the HSBC of today.
