  Unfortunately another lender dropped the ball and strung us along so I reached out to Luis and told him the situation and how pertinent it was that this deal go through for funding for an investment. Not only did he get the deal done within THREE WEEKS, but also meticulously made sure every aspect of the deal from front to back was on point. Knowledgeable, personable & honest is what we hit dealing with Luis.

  The entire service from beginning to closing was a great experience. Luis not only knows what he’s doing but he’s very helpful the entire way. He pretty much would hold your hand (if need be) and communicate the entire day even after business hours to make sure all your questions are answered. He tells you all the information you need to know what he needs and if there’s something he can’t do for whatever reason he’ll know someone who can. So why go to anyone else when he’s an all in in person . You wouldn’t need help from anyone else once you get started with him in your loan process. I was very pleased with my loan process and how fast he made everything happen for me . He was very efficient and detailed . I’m glad I chose Luis to refinance my property. I will definitely refer him to my friends and family ; our business will not stop here .

  I experienced a streak of bad luck prior to reaching out to Luis Omar via IG. In the span of 15 months I had 3 deals fall apart with the last one literally falling apart right after closing was scheduled. I own a mix use property in Elizabeth and had renovated 60% of the units while dealing with COVID holdover issues etc.. I ran by my scenario to Luis on Oct 14th he had me approved in literally less than a few days and I was able to close in less than 30 days. He was able to offer the highest LTV on my cash out than all other prior deals on the table. What sets him apart from other experiences is the communication. I felt like he personally took ownership of this process and made everything happen as quickly as possible. His team is also very responsive and any time I had a question or concern I literally would have a reply within 30 minutes or less. Overall great experience, I’m glad to have someone to contact directly for future deals as now I will be ready in a few months to have him work on a loan for my second property. Thanks guys!!
