      I've been in the Real Estate game 10 years. This was the absolute worst appraisal I've gotten. Totally misrepresented the property. Works with the banks and is extremely conservative. Used comps that weren't in the ball park of the subject property. Very pricey. Do not recommend. Falsely depicted property's condition. Took weeks to come out and weeks to get the appraisal in as well.
