      Went in to file a fraud and dispute of transaction asked to sit with a FSR to give details didnt even bother and just had me at the front desk

      Went to get change for my business at the Pleasant Valley branch and was told I need an appointment. Place was empty with 8 employees just talking. I will be closing my business account. Want an excellent local bank with great customer service, go to Ulster Savings...

      Hi Ismael, We apologize that you were unable to deposit your coins without an appointment. Due to the pandemic, our staff are not taking walk-ins, however, that is changing as of Monday, 6/29. The lobbies in all of our branches will be back open for full service and walk-ins starting that day.
