  Couldn’t have been matched up with a better company for our first home buying experience. Our situation was tricky and Tim was patient, kind, explained things, and was always transparent with us. The process went as quick as it could possibly go thanks to everyone’s timely and efficient work and response. This company and everyone in it takes SERIOUS pride in their work. They love what they do, and it shows. I highly recommend them to everyone - especially first time homebuyers!

  This is a review for Tim. My fiancé has been communicating with him since November of 2021, so that would make it just about 2 months. We are moving from Washington to Ohio and Tim had been so helpful, explaining different programs for down payment assistance that he can help us get set up for and whatnot. Yesterday we physically look at houses (flew to Ohio all the way from Washington), find a house we love, and make an offer because according to Tim everything was great and in order. Tim called my fiancé today and told him that he has no programs for us to apply for in regard to down payment assistance. AFTER HE ALREADY TOLD US HE DID AND THAT EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER TO MAKE AN OFFER ON A HOUSE. He also refused to acknowledge the fact that he had talked about the DPA program at all. So, now our poor realtor is having to scramble to figure out a new way to help us and hopefully we can get this house. I am SO disappointed in this terrible service we received. He was so kind for the months leading up to now and had our hopes up that he was a reliable loan officer, as he seemed very professional. I will never recommend Tim Madden to anyone ever. If he helps you, please make sure he ACTUALLY has everything 100% in order (as well as in writing) before you make any decisions. I hate leaving this review because of how helpful he seemed, but this is ridiculous.

  Although we didn’t ultimately use Humbert (this time), we would definitely work with Humbert in the future. Tim was down to earth, very well-informed, and personable. He taught me a lot in our initial conversation. Someone who takes the time to educate the consumer while selling a product is “good people” in my book, you know!? Thanks for everything Tim! Take care!
