I just want to say a big THANK YOU to the parts and service gentleman who totally made a customer happy! Long story short I had to order a new FOB for my Pacifica and did not know you needed to say you also need the insert! Upon arriving home I got the fob out of my purse to put on a key ring and there wasn’t a place to hang it from on the fob, hence the “insert”! Drove all the way back out to get one and he graciously “took care of it” for me at no cost! Thank you so very much! I really appreciated it! Sincerely, Michele Widdowson
