Sam is awesome. He got me approved and into a house. I'll leave out the details because he got through over 40 underwriting conditions with me and now I'm living on my 2 acre property. Oh we did it with no money down!!! Just give them (Sam and Mitch) a call and explain your situation and they will be real with you.
