      This branch does a pretty good job resolving my issues but they aren’t open very late during the week which can be inconvenient. Barb and Mike are wonderful to work with. Lance is very knowledgeable. Overall very good.

      This branch has terrible customer service. My relative has tried since September to refinance and is still getting the run around. There is no branch manager at this time at this location and the manager from Bryan is trying to manage both locations however the lack of follow up is unbelievable all you receive is excuses. He is done with this bank and pulling his accounts from Huntington and moving to a bank where he will be a customer not an inconvenience

      Hunington Bank is a great bank and always offer nothing but the best service for you. The staff are extreamly nice and helpful all the time. They have even go out of thier way several times to help me with issues ive done in my banking. They are highly recommend. Thank you all for such courteous customer service.
