  I was checking the hours of this branch and started reading the reviews. I have never had a bad experience with this location or ANY of the Huntington Bank locations. I’ve banked with Huntington bank since mid 1990s. I had an issue with a fraudulent company getting my card info last month ( 3 / 2022 ) over the phone they got my card cancelled, the one charge reversed and were very helpful and courteous. They’ve also given me coin roll sleeves whenever I’ve needed them ( I did go inside to get them which the review I read on here went through the drive thru ). I highly recommend this Bank and this branch!

  The gals at the counter were great… the manager on Saturday morning that tried to help us wire money was RUDE, to say the least. “If you can hurry along, or maybe come back at a more convenient time, I have customers waiting “… This was her comment to my wife and I !? She had an “attitude” right from the start… surprised someone like that is in that capacity. Will be closing my Huntington account soon, plenty of banks with better customer service and knowledge that what I have experienced at this and other Huntington banks.

  Deposited money into the atm, it took my card and money. Told me it couldn’t count it and didn’t put it in my account. So I put a block on my card and went home for the night. The next morning I was given my card back and told the block was off until I received my new card. It has been deleted completely so I haven’t had access to my bank account in a week. And they still owe me the money that is missing. Terrible attitudes here at this branch.
