  My little brother went into the bank for his first time today, and they ended up withdrawing money out of our dad's account not my little brothers. The money was also SHORT $80.00. The RED HEADED WOMEN wouldn't audit the drawer when we were present at the bank. The RED HEADED WOMEN said they would audit it later that day and give my little brother a call if it was there. The tellor that did the transaction hid in the back break room the whole time. The drawer should have been audited right then and there to keep a professional level of transparency. Instead ZERO transparency, and ZERO customer service. The RED HEADED WOMEN acted like it was a problem to help him and tried to blame my little brother for THEIR MISTAKE of withdrawing money from an account that was not his. No sorry or apology was given. Ok top of that THE RED HEADED WOMEN never called my little brother back like she said she was going to do.THE RED HEADED WOMEN, and the tellor that messed up the transaction, are careless employees that should not work in a bank because they have ZERO ATTENTION. When my little brother called them and the RED HEADED WOMEN answered and then hung the phone up on him. This branch has slowly gone downhill over the last year or two. Going to close my personal accounts and my business accounts. Going to suggest to my several hundred clients, business and individual, to close their accounts with Huntington Bank also. My clients will do what I suggest; especially business clients. If Huntington Bank allows this kind of disrespect and poor customer service to continue at this branch it will have to close.
