  People are nice who work there but the institution has process problems - specifically not supporting their staff of all levels with the policies and information they need to help their staff help their customers. Took me 3.5 hours to remove a hold from my account that was caused because the manager who opened the account didn't request all the information at the time of opening. Closing all my accounts.

  I needed something notarized because I'm out of town for work. I walk in I tell the lady I needed a notary she turns and says Robert do you have time to do this? Puzzled because he wasn't there was no business in the bank. I was the only one in there and they were open so why wouldn't he have time , I was perplexed by this . He looks up at me then he said now are you a customer? And in this most snatty rude condescending voice and he shook his head at me 1/2 spun around said we only notarized for customers. I said well that's fine I was looking to open an account but don't now. Turn around and walked out of the bank and he is yelling go on with your attitude I just have never been treated so poorly ever by an institution that I'm attemting to do business with ever! Great thing it's all on camera his whole attitude and I just turned around and was walking and its youth really sad people can just be so belligerent
