I went to the beach on Cooley Lake Road on Monday night and it was out of service so I went to the branch on M59 and Pontiac Lake Road on Tuesday night to make a deposit and it was not accepting cash it said checks only since I have a difficult time waking it io is convenient for me to use the ATM when I called customer service she is you can go inside to take care of your business that is not an acceptable answer

Worst place ever. Susan Graham, you are in the wrong profession. My daughter's savings account was turned over to the state, and you offered no help. You wouldn't speak with me or help in any way. You would not let us speak with management or give us a phone number to help. I will NEVER deal with your branch again YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO WORK WITH PEOPLE.
