      Got stuck in the drivethrough line which blocks the entrance, afterwards noticing a back way in. Long, extremely slow line inside. I was directed here by the E 185th branch since I needed a notary. After waiting 10-15 minutes in line, only one customer had been waited on. I then inadvertantly overheard they have a notary but weren't offering notary service until further notice because they were too busy.

      The new ATM machine at this location NEVER works. When you insert your card it tells you to remove your card. Then the prompt says "I didn't get that, please reinsert your card" and this continues over & over. Until I get frustrated & leave.
