  Do not bank there or any Huntington Bank for that matter. An ATM swallowed over $400, I was told it would take 2 business days to be resolved, here we are 11 days later and they still won’t give me my money. I submitted the dispute immediately, after not hearing back the bank teller admitted that sometimes they say they will submit it but don’t ??? So unprofessional. I have since called almost every single day and I’m being given the same run around, they say a researcher has to look into it and when I ask to speak to them they say they’re not available. Every day. So they never work? They say no one has the authority to credit me and act as if I’m lying about the deposit since the machine didn’t register it. That’s how they treat their customers. And they won’t give me the phone number to talk to someone on the case so I don’t have to be on hold for 30 to 60 min every time I call and have to talk to a different person. They keep telling me a supervisor will call with updates and I haven’t received a single phone call. I’m not the type to write negative reviews over petty stuff but this is the most unbelievable experience I’ve ever had with a bank. Switching to Chase as soon as I get my money back.

  So this bank is so unprofessional. Listed my grievance on here, and it was removed. I will keep reposting. Do not bank here! My money was taken in the ATM and lost. I was told 3 business days to correct it, we are now at over a week. I've called and gone into the branch multiple times, to no avail. They keep telling me that they will audit the machine, and have not/will not do so. If you need your rent or groceries money held hostage by an uncaring corporation, this is the bank for you.
