  The worst customer service and the most disorganized bunch of clowns I’ve ever dealt with! Made 4 months of payments went to renew registration and dmv tells me Huntington doesn’t have the title the dealership does! Call Huntington still no title couldn’t renew registration because “Jason” the loan officer didn’t do his job! So I called and jumped on the dealership and got the title for Huntington , go to renew the registration and title is still not changed over!!!!! Get a call 4 months from the original loan financing and am told I need to refinance because HUNTINGTON DID NOT COLLECT THE SALES TAX! Which was discussed at the original point of sale to MAKE SURE ALL TAXES AND FEES ARE INCLUDED IN THE AMOUNT OF THE LOAN!!!! Which THEY DID NOT!!!! So this. Loan calls and tells me I need to refinance, I told him NO THIS IS A YOU PROBLEM NOT A ME PROBLEM!!!!! So now they are holding MY TITLE!!!!! And won’t give it over to the dealership where I traded my truck for my new truck! My opinion DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION! This is bad business and they will not take responsibility for their mistake and the customer service at Huntington in Whitehall is TERRIBLE!!!!! The manager is rude and has an attitude and the loan officer is not proficient in his field! Do business at your own risk!
