      I would just like to compliment Hope Berhardt out of your Crocker Rd. branch in Westlake, Ohio. Hope was very friendly and extremely helpful in a recent bank transaction I had with Huntington Bank. Hope went above and beyond the normal service. I have been working with this branch for years for my banking needs. Hope is truly a credit to your company.

      Called to inquire about something and the gentleman was so rude. Why is it so difficult to receive good Customer Service. Considering taking my money to a different bank if this is how you treat customers regularly.

      Worst bank to deal with money orders or cashiers checks. Iron clad and very tight here. I even had my wife with me and they asked her if it was ok to deposit in my account....really? Why else are we at a bank? My east side locations so much better!
