      Vicki was beyond helpful and I really appreciate her and her kindness during a difficult time. My online banking was compromised and she helped me close an account that I had for 15 years and reopen another. Thank you, Vicki!

      They are fully aware their ATM is faulty and refuse to close it or even put up a warning sign for customers that the ATM may eat your deposits without putting it in the account. Not only did they admit they were aware of the problem and weren't going to warn their customers, they also stated they have no idea when it will be fixed. Their only solution is to make you file a dispute that according to them could take up to 10 days before they let us know IF I'll have my money returned to me. I will NEVER use this location again.

      I attempted to use their atm to deposit cash. Instead of depositing it the machine ate the money stating they could not process it in time so I would have to talk to a branch employee. That was after hours on a Saturday so I have no idea if they will resolve this and my bill payment is just gone in the meantime.
