      If I could give zero stars would. Huntington is the slowest bank ever!!! I always end up wanting 20 to 30 minutes in the drive thru. Im scared to bring more that two deposits at a time, I would have to spend the night. 🌙 I'm sorry, but they really need to step it up a little bit.

      Staff are friendly and things here go well overall; however, I've noticed pretty consistently that this bank is slower than when it was Chemical Bank or TCF. TCF functioned during pandemic times and Chemical Bank did to an extent as well, so I don't think we can blame the slowness on this. If I were to guess it's just that it is understaffed and there needs to be more employees or a higher pay to attract more employees. Today, we showed up at 2:30PM. This was a Monday at a time that should not have been around a rush time, but with the line and with the speed of service when we finally got service, it was 2:48PM by the time we were able to leave. It takes 18 minutes during a non-rush time to perform a simple banking action of moving money from one account to another! The visit before I didn't time it, but it was probably about the same for another simple banking task. There's got a to be a way to improve this.
