      Two major transactions....both involved countless calls, oppositional information. No one answers the phone....going round and round on their menu...two times the automated call-back told me they would call me with 20-30 minutes or so....carried my phone around with me...never received a call-back. Total frustration and several hours for each transaction subtracted from my day.

      Constantly almost an hour wait, regardless of how many customers there actually are. Hours are EXTREMELY inconsistent. Since when do you guys not stay open until noon on saturday? Coulda at least sent a notification....... laziness. If my more local giant eagle branch doesn't reopen soon, very much considering switching banks
