      The other branches in this area seem to do a very good job, This branch unfortunately seems to do a very poor job at anything outside of taking your money as a regular deposit. Anything else seems to be too complex for this location.

      I visited a branch for a simple procedure of depositing cash and foreign exchange in my account. A two to three day process, took over 2.5 weeks, 5 phone calls between the branch and the 1-800 number, spoke to three reps, two supervisors to finally resolve the issue. Worst part NO communication or updates on the part of Huntington, terrible customer service. I have been a customer for over 30 years and I have never experienced such luck of training and knowledge of procedures other than a simple deposit.
