      I don't like banks... this place is changing my mind. Everyone is so nice. Everything is so efficient. This is my first positive banking experience. Their overdraft protection is no joke.

      I didn’t want a Huntington bank account anyway but they took over my TCF Bank. Very fast takeover. The Huntington website and mobile app work poorly. Lots of voice-only verification which sucks as I am hard of hearing. Couldn’t transfer money between my own accounts today. “Error” message of a vague and unclear origin. The physical location is physically gross looking. I guess corporate couldn’t afford new carpet or even a Rug Doctor rental. It smelled like hot dogs. And only one banker and two cashiers today, so about a thirty minute wait to get through the line. Need something complicated, like to close your unwanted account? Better schedule an appointment since they are so short-staffed! Fortunately a banker took a late lunch to get my account closed today. Banker with long dark hair and awesome boots, you deserve five-stars unlike your place of business!
