      I had an issue with my account and called this branch to try and get it resolved. I spoke with Tracy, who was very professional, helpful., and able to resolve my issue. Thank you to this branch,, and all of its employees, for always giving me great customer service.

      I used the banks drive up ATM to deposit some cash into my checking account. The bills can not have folds or tears. It seemed very time consuming, as the first deposit says you can insert up to 20 some bills( I didn't have that many) but it spits about half of them out. Then you have to keep pressing buttons..inserting money..I started feeling uneasy about my surroundings because I was spending so much time trying to get the ATM machine to cooperate..I ended up leaving. Seems like Huntington should gather technology from the Ohio lottery machines, they suck the money right out of your hand...

      I was so excited when this branch opened as it's very convenient but have been very disappointed from the get go. The ATM RARELY works & the tellers are painfully slow.Guess I'll be going back to the Avon branch!
