  I am so upset with THIS BRANCH! I went in September 22nd and paid my credit card payment of $192.00 in cash! Today, October 27, I get a call from Huntington bank that I never paid my credit card payment and if I don’t make a payment by the end of today I’m going to be looking at more than just late fees and interest! I started crying, I was so upset! They had me thinking I was losing my mind, forgetting to pay my bills! Insisted they were wrong and I remember walking my payment into their bank, but I wasn’t home to look for my receipt! When I got home from a TRAUMATIC day of now knowing my credit is being RED MARKED over this, I find my payment receipt! I was FURIOUS this happened! I was FURIOUS I had to drive to the bank and sit there for 2 hours while they clean up this MISTAKE. The man at the front took my payment last month and never paid my credit card, he put it in my checking account instead! IDIIOT! Caused me late fees, interest and credit bureau report! Now my car insurance is GOING UP thanks to this mistake? Thankfully, another bank spent 2 hours correcting this mistake and informed me it was not sent to credit bureau! Do i believe them? NO! I will spend HOURS on the phone tomorrow confirming this! What a MESS they made of my day! While I’m thankful the other branch down the street cleaned this up, I think a complaint needs filed against that man at the front for causing this hardship on my life today! Now they have it noted I didn’t pay my credit card bill after 18 years of continuing to be a PERFECT payer and in good standings with my credit rating! SOMEBODY OWES ME FOR A HALF OF DAYS PAY I HAD TO TAKE OFF WORK TO CORRECT THIS VERY SERIOUS MATTER! I will be calling waiting for Huntington bank to compensate me for loss wages and until then, I do not want a response to call and try and resolve this!
