  So far huntington bank is the far best especially this location. Their atm does cause some problems sometimes but other than that they are better than any other banks.

  I walked in to open a checking account, since I already have a mortgage with this bank. Both bank execs were busy. This great teller comes from behind the counter to ask how they can help. I told her, and she went to the lady exec. to let her know. The lady exec was just chatting with a guy. She saw me sitting there and waiting. The guy stood up giving her a hug and her telling him "love you too". The teller then told me she will be with me in a few minutes. I told her thank you, while looking over at the lady exec as she MAKES a phone call. As I sat there, I was getting very frustrated. I got up and left. The nerve of me to interrupt her conversation. I won't return to this branch. I may try another. I'm not sure. Thank goodness I'm not a multimillionaire, yet. I'm just a middle aged Black Woman trying to conduct my business.

  I walked into this branch at 11:26 am on a Saturday to open a checking/business account. I was greeted by a female representative who was finishing helping another customer. She asked if I needed a Teller or a Banker. I replied Banker. Her reply: I’m the only Banker here today, so I won’t be able to help you today, we do close at noon, and it takes about 40 minutes. Would you like to make an appointment to come back? Me: No Ma’am, I had an account here before leaving the state, and wanted to return to this bank because it’s what I know. Her: I have an appointment for next Friday at 5:00pm. Me: No thank you, I’m googling a bank that can help me today, and it looks like PNC bank is open until 2pm. Her: if you look out this window, you can see PNC from here. She proceeded to give me DIRECTIONS! 🤦🏽‍♀️ 😮 Very disappointed 😠
