      The staff at London Huntington is incredible. A financial mishap occurred prior to coming to the London branch, which had me confused and concerned. I had attempted to solve the problem at a Columbus branch and was treated as a number and dismissed. The ladies here at London not only immediately worked diligently the fix the problem, but were kind, caring, personable, and understanding of my concerns. They went out of their way to explain the situation and to assure me the mishap would be corrected. Huntington bank is very fortunate to have such great representation in London, Ohio and the Columbus branches could brush up on their customer service skills by taking note of how The London branch operates.
