      Even i never had an account with Huntington for some reason they are stated as a lien holders of my car. Haven’t been able to resolve this issue for a several month

      Quite possibly the most useless customer service for any bank and/or business I have ever experienced. Trying to register a car I bought out of state. I can't even get this bank to call or email me, when they receive the title information. I have to randomly keep calling them for updates. I will refi, as soon as I get this registration nightmare over with. They are horrible.

      Worst bank if you do not have an account directly with them. I have a car loan through them. You can't pay over the phone if your account number is an outside account and doesn't start with zeros. It's BS, this has been happening since Oct 2020. Every month I have to wait on hold for over an hour just to pay my loan. Fix your systems. Omg. Also, if you have an outside account you can not pay online. It's awful.
