  It took me 15 minutes in the drive-through. They were not answering the window not greeting you not asking you what you needed. There was one person working and a manager observing. There was 1 car in front of me. The manager was downright rude rude very unprofessional to watch your clerks instead of opening a till And helping your customers.

  If they could get a negative stars it would be negative 5 ..... This place is a joke. They charge to cash checks that are from there own bank. There is no need for this charge. I was curious about this bank but I will never recommend this place. Now let's chat about your staff so unless and unprofessional. Just walked away like a lil boy that was shamed becaue they dint want to explain how and why they were charging the charge . Then they really refuse to cash it. News 17 was contacted and are looking into it. There making money off check cashing for not being a member of the bank when check was from there bank. Let's ring in the holidays by paying for their bonuses by cashing our checks there yeah right joke
