      Had the most horrible experience with this bamk. My aunt passed away and trying to get the funds out of her account we have reached a Dead end with this bank telling us that they do not have access to the transactions of October due to them merging So her beneficiary/error is SOL. How can a financial institution tell you they cannot access your detailed transactions from two months ago. I kept asking them to take it to a higher level knowing full well someone has access to the transactions. Everyone says oh well sorry. Absolutely shameful way to treat a deceased account holders family. I guess it’s time to call Terri Savage. Please do not do business with this bank
