  I received a heap full of information on checking and savings, in addition to the mortgages. I am with a Credit Union that I am not happy with! So i was shopping for awesome services, locations; and needless to say products. I was greeted by the Branch Manager. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Her presentation was informative, fair and motivated. I enjoyed listening to her speech about Huntington bank. I felt like I was in a seminar waiting for lights and TED talk to begin! Very passionate! I really didn't know this bank was so involved in the community! 2 points on my score card, it looks like I will be leaving the Credit union sooner than later. Ms. Safford thank you for all the information you've conveyed, in regards to the many products we have discussed that will fit my financial needs, greatly appreciative!

  I really like this branch...clean, stylish, with attractive/professional staff. Well my partner and I have had alot of issues with our business account with PNC. We are looking for more than we are being offered. As a business owner, we can not afford to lose money, so it is imperative we move expeditiously to the right establishment for our company's sake. A young representative helped us with choices on a business account for our company, which was intriguing to my partner and I. I look forward to doing business with a knowledgeable professional who cares about our dream, business and goals! In addition, to networking in the community hopefully we will work together, as this branch seems to be about togetherness. Thanks Felicia Safford, Branch Manager. P.s. we got top notch customer service, timing/wait was great, alot of products that i liked compared to that other bank!
