      Came in at 3:30 to make a wire transfer and was told banker would be busy with one customer the rest of the day. This location needs more staff if they can’t keep up with the volume of customers

      Poor customer service!! They are so rude there! The fact we have not been able to mobile deposit for 3 months is the most inconvenient also! How does a company not fix this issue???!!! I'm about to close my account and go elsewhere, they don't care though cause customer service is not a priority here.
