  New to the area but have had a long relationship with Huntington. I needed to deposit a check and knew this branch existed so I looked it up online. Saw they closed at 400pm, which surprised me. Saw the low rating and had to go there to see for myself. Two tellers were helping customers acting ‘extra’ and were handling them in the most professional way as I waited my turn. After a few minutes, a third teller came in from lunch and helped me. They were unable to deposit my check that was made out the same as other checks I’ve cashed and deposited at other branches. I was very disappointed that I was unable to complete my transaction. Makes me think the other reviews are not far off. I think one of the other two tellers would have cashed it based on their interactions with the other customers they were working with. I will likely return one more time to see if this was a fluke, or if they low rating is accurate.

  I went through the drive through today and when I pulled up to the window the teller had a tissue wiping her nose. She she threw the tissue away, pulled up her mask, and greeted me. I wanted to make a withdrawal and needed a withdrawal slip. She was going to send the slip out to sign after touching it with her dirty hands. I asked her if she could please sanitize her hands because I saw her wiping her nose as I pulled up and she didn’t clean her hands. I explained to her that I’m not trying to offend her but I’m in the high risk group for covid and have to be careful. She gave me a look of disgust that I’d ask that of her. She then turned to another teller and I’m not sure what she said but the other teller came to the window and waited on me. So she refused to wait on me because I asked her to sanitize her hands. She shouldn’t be wiping her nose without sanitizing them anyway, let alone during a pandemic. I’m a covid nurse and have seen first hand how deadly covid can be. It’s people like this bank teller who don’t care about others lives. I plan on calling the manager next week regarding because this is unacceptable behavior.
