Over all Huntington bank is great and all the staff does a fabulous job. However if you don't sell money orders you need to take it off your website that you do

Ryan is probably one of the most unprofessional bankers I have met. Everything you ask him to do, he just refers you to customer service, even when customer service says he shouldn’t have had to do that. Pure laziness and rudeness. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I love the bank it’s self. Very easy online but 2 starts for the way the lady with blonde hair acts. Nothing but rude then tells me my Id wasn’t good enough. Thought maybe she was having a bad day, went back in this morning and nothing but mean rude and nasty. I’m a new customer with Huntington and haven’t been with them for a month yet. Something should be done about this before I speak my mind in the branch.
