      This bank is absolutely terrible!!! It was fine as TCF or Chemical but as soon as Huntington took over it’s been a nightmare to deal with this bank! I was trying to refinance my home and I started in July its now the end of October and this bank promised they would be finished by the end of August and I had my second closing appointment canceled yesterday after it was confirmed by my loan officer Mr Samuel Thomas. He has made mistake after mistake and has asked my old landlord the seller for a copy of the pay off signed for the forth time now! He has ruined the relationship with the seller and the seller isn’t going to send him anymore paperwork because of this. I could lose my home because of this mans negligence!!!! Please do not make sure he same mistake I did. Do not trust them with your home…..ps I asked to speak with his supervisor and he flat refused another colleague contacted me telling me that would not be possible demanding I turn in paperwork from my landlord when he was on vacation and they were well aware of this too!
