  Every time I've gone into this bank the tellers are enthusiastic and extremely kind. Always willing to help and never fail to ask if there's anything else I need. I know when I walk in I'm going to get great customer service.

  I wouldn’t even give it a star honestly. I Called prior to driving all the way to this bank and they stated they could help me, when came too older lady stated “she didn’t feel comfortable cashing the large check” when I called before and they stated they were able too so I wasted my time and my gas because of their lack of communication.

  I understand that due to covid short of staff, however there is no reason there should be such a long Wait and huge incidents such as you requesting an amount and them giving you a complete different amount!!!
