      Honestly love Huntington. Have had them for many years. But this branch is terrible. Trying to make an appointment to open a joint account is basically impossible when they never answer their phone. I called 4 days in advance of the day I wanted to come in with my husband because I took time off work to do it and since they can’t answer the phone until the day before I can’t get in when we both have the time. He wanted to switch everything to Chase and maybe that is the option we should choose instead.
