      Poor customer service. They apparently cannot talk to you about opening a new account for a week or more. The person we needed to speak to was literally sitting at his desk doing nothing but we were told he could not see us for a week. I went to a competitor and had my account open within minutes. I will be moving all of my business from this bank.
